Justin grew up in Redondo Beach and played his club ball for Torrance United alongside Chris Martinez and Kyle Thornton.  Justin played high school soccer for Bishop Montgomery High School and was a four-year Varsity starter for the Knights.  After high school, Moseley played for two years at El Camino College.  He is still residing in Redondo Beach and is working for UPS
